At Santa Cruz Paleo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your lifestyle apparel. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
